Please include the article URL and what needs fixing. Specific beats general —
"the population figure in paragraph 3 is wrong" is more actionable than
"this article has errors."
Topic suggestions
Something you want explained? Tell us what you already know, what you're stuck on,
and why it matters to you. We write for real questions, not abstract ones.
Partnership & media
Syndication, licensing, and data questions. Please include your outlet or use case.
Other
Anything else — feedback on the site, questions about how we work,
thoughts on where we're missing the mark. Corrections get priority,
but we read everything.
We don't have a support team in the traditional sense. Replies come from the small group of humans who maintain the editorial rules and review what the system produces. Expect a few business days for anything that needs a response.
